Hypoxia Data 2011 (0)
Raster of hypoxia water data. This map is an updated version of the graphic found on page 130 of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Report on the Environment - 2008 (EPAROE_Final_2008.pdf). The Exhibit corresponding to this map is Exhibit 3-34 in the report. Data on the extent and duration of hypoxia in Long Island Sound have not been published, but were compiled by EPA’s Long Island Sound Office (U.S. EPA, 2007). Concentration maps are available online (Connecticut DEP, 2007)—including the 2007 map shown in Exhibit 3-34. Data were collected by the Connect DEP.
