A service of 4 feature classes that are used to query dates for the orthophotography collected by the SGIC.

Available map layers (4)

SGIC Aux Date Index (0)

This date index is a merging of the vairious date indexes for auxilary "fill-in" imagery delivered to the SGIC. Date fields were provided in differing formats and needed to be converted to fit together into one date field. A data "source" firld was added to indicate the originating provider.

SGIC Mapcon Date Index (1)

This date index is a dissolved version of the raw source frame footprints delivered from Aeroquest Mapcon Ltd.. It merges all polygons that have the same date into one polygon.

SGIC Sanborn Date Index (2)

This feature was generated by combining two different sets of Sanborn footprints after dissolving on their respective date fields. One set of footprints was for photos captured with an A3 sweeping mechanism camera, and the other set of footprints was not. The A3 footprint set was dissolved using the Date field, and the other Sanborn footprint set was dissolved using the DateFlown field. Both footprint features contain the footprint polygons and attributes for each photo taken for the Saskatchewan Geospatial Imagery Collaborative (SGIC) Orthophoto collection project with contractor Sanborn.

SGIC Geodesy Date Index (3)

This date index is a dissolved version of the frame footprints delivered from Geodesy Group Inc.. It merges all polygons that have the same date into one polygon.
